Leigh, I've seen those litter boxes before - I think they're ace. But they're in America and I can't do woodwork either!

I can, but there seem to be some inherent problems with the design as far as hygiene is concerned - eg unvarnished interior means overspill soaks into timber, four high sides to drawer makes cleaning difficult, etc, and the opening on the side is not exactly discreet!!

I think that's what my OH is planning on building into the new cat house next year so they have got 2 'cubicles' to use.

I was thinking of doing the same with my cat litter trays and then had second thoughts, here's a prototype  ;D .

This website is actually pretty wacky with its "Litter Box Furniture", I hope the cats know how to open and close the doors  :evillaugh: Oh I just noticed it's got a side entrance for your cat  I wonder if I bought three would they come down in price ?

As an optional extra "The inside of the Litter Cabinet is water-sealed. This option will take care of any 'mishaps' or 'aiming' problems and preserves your Cat Furniture at the same time. " This could have been written for my Suzie whose "aim" isn't very good  ;D

I always knew that one day I'd pay the price for failing GCE Woodwork  :(

Maybe that's the point, it's how to make a cat bed invisible a Klingon cat bed "cloaking" device  ;D
