After just over 2 weeks, Rolo hasn't put much weight on, and after an overnight stay, I am even more concerned, he looks worse than he did when I left yesterday morning, so not sure what my neighbours fed him!! I am debating putting him on a/d, but when I changed his food last week, he had a really poorly tum, and he has had a slightly dodgy tum while I have been away, so is having RC Sensitivity tonight. Would a/d make his poorly tum worse, or could it help? As he is so thin, I dont want to risk giving him anything that could make it worse, as he doesn't have the reserves. I have tons of treats in, and nice fishy foods, but daren't give them to him. He is being dropped off at the vets tomorrow night ready for his dental Tues mornign, and fortunately, due to his age, the vets are insisting on a blood test before they do the op, so at least if it is due to illness (he does seem to be drinking a lot, but then he prefers his dry food to wet anyway), we will know on Tues. I have a chicken fillet in the freezer for him after his dental, hope he likes it more than the fish they had for Bonfire night!!
