 Daphne occasionally rides on my lap but it'd be too hard for her to operate it herself, it's very nearly too hard for me - it's a tiny little switch, poking out of the end of the armrest, left is down and right is up.
Spaying and neutering saves lives.
Nobody has a right to own a cat. It's a privilege.

A tabby cat named Garfield ...

I have just been reading the Metro and had to share this with you:

A tabby cat name Garfield is living up to his lazy cartoon namesake - by using a stairlife to get around at home.  The 17 year old feline surprised owner Phyllis Webb when he hopped on to her stair life and took a ride  up to the landing.  Garfield, who is 84 in human years, enjoyed it so much that now he uses it all the time to go upstairs and downstairs in her home in Braintree Essex.  Ms Webb said: 'He loves my stair lift.  People ask, "Does he sit on you pa?" and I tell the, "No he likes to do it on his own"

In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.
