Freddie was taken to the vets earlier in readiness for his op in the morning.  I'm sure he'll be fine, he'll be pre blood tested beforehand because of his age and he's also being FIV tested as well.  Keep your fingers crossed everything goes well for this little man, he wasn't at all bothered in the vets, I think as long as he's got a comfy bed, he's quite happy  :Luv:  :Luv:

I've had to take poor Freddie back to see Uncle Sean this morning.  He's been eating well and he seems a lot better in himself but last night he had loads of green gunge oozing from his mouth    His mouth is so infected bless him so he's had a jab and he's back on antibiotics and is now booked in on Friday to have his teeth done.  Sean said there's a good chance all will have to be removed but if any are viable, then he will leave them.  Poor little man, I hope he'll be okay  :'(

The gorgeous Freddie is doing really well, he's eating like a trouper and lets me know when he wants his food topping up  :Luv:  :Luv:  He seems very chilled out and likes the idea of having his own comfy bed to sleep in and a constant supply of food.  He'll be back in the vets next week for a check up and then we can sort an appointment out to get his teeth sorted and Sean's suggested having an FIV test on him as well.  He's stopped sneezing now and seems alot brighter in himself, I'm sure with some tlc he'll be a little purr monster  :Luv:

Has he got "one eye looking at you, the other looking for you"? or is it just the photo?

He does have a problem with one of his eyes, Sean said it's down to infection but I think he can see okay out of it.  He has decided he hates having his tablets and will growl for England  :evillaugh:  He's not shown any agression, I think he's just all noise but that's to be expected if he is feeling pretty low in himself.

When you see him, he's one that makes you want to cry  :'(  His coat is in terrible condition and he's got oil patches on his back where he's been sleeping under the cars.  Sean didn't really want to put an age on him but said he is minimum 10 but could be a lot older.  His teeth are so bad and I'm surprised he's eating as well as he is but I'm glad that he is.  He seems to have totally settled down and is in his element having a comfy bed, a constant supply of food and some tlc  :Luv:  :Luv:

This gorgeous sweetie is called Freddie  :Luv:  :Luv:  He is 10 plus years young and has been living as a stray for god knows how long  :'(  :'(  A lady has been trying to catch him for months and thank god, she finally got him.  He is in really poor condition, was running a temp, full of cat flu, full of fleas and has terrible broken and cracked teeth  :'(  The good news is he's eating well, is now on antibiotics, has been flead and wormed and will be going in for a dental as soon as he's up to it.  He was a little grump when I first picked him up but within a day he is just  :Luv:  :Luv:  :Luv:   He's already feeling better in himself, is eating brilliantly and has started to take a pride in his appearance god love him.  As soon as he's okay and had his teeth sorted etc etc, he will be looking for a home, he is such a babe and I'm sooooo pleased the lady caught him, I doubt he would have survived the winter in the condition he is in  :'(
