Meesha gets her name from a children's story in which there was a bear named Meesha.  When I got her she had her winter coat, which is very bear-like!  And it seemed to suit her :)

How did you come by the name Meesha, cos my big boy is called that but spelled in Czech, Misa  ;D It should have a little v accent over the s to make it shhh.

Today it's exactly one year since Meesha, Shanti and Sabu came to live with me!!  ;D ;D ;D  They've all grown up now!  Meesha and Shanti were littermates and came to me at 10 months old, already having had a litter each.  Sabby, one of Meesha's litter, was 3 months old at the time. 

I remember Shanti was the most immediately friendly of them all, and laid her little head on my shoulder as she picked me to live with :)  :Luv:  She still does that now, and sleeps curled up next to me - my little softy night-time companion.

Meesha pushed against me when I first picked her up at the foster home, but she and Shanti came as a pair, and little Meesh looked so vulnerable!  So she came to live with me too, and soon came round.  We now have a very special bond that has taken months to develop  :Luv:

Sabby was an 'orrible kitten!  He didn't want to know at all ... most rude and unfriendly!  But over time and very, very slowly, he's become a lovely cat, and now he always greets me with exuberant jumping head butts, purrs, and a constantly sticky-up tail!!  :Luv:

They really have become my little family, and I don't know what I'd do without them!  Happy Anniversary, darling kitties!   :Luv: :Luv: :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:
