We had one of those tunnels for our last cat.  The first time he touched it it rusted and he shot about 6 feet into the air.  After that he wouldn't go in it, but used to sit on it with an expression that said "I've got it tamed now"

I got one of these kitten packs.. (Royal Canin one ?.. sos if spelt wrong !) Leo doesnt like the sound of his.. he likes the £3 Tesco one !

Yes, it was in the Royal Canin pack - its very crackly I think thats what freaked Gwyn out LOL!

Gwyn's kitten pack included a little play tunnel (I wanted the tent - the other kitten got that  ) - anyway, she was terrified of it LOL! So took it away and put it downstairs - next time I looked there was Ben! (sorry pics bit fuzzy)
