Well I went to pick up the cat in Canterbury. The man said they had been feeding it for a couple of weeks but it looked ill so we arranged to get it. Sally asked if they had a basket today so they could hold him til I got there. He said they use it every day so not possible. We thought it really odd but he told me tonight that they put their indoor cat outside in his basket during the day to watch the birds
- probably just as well as there is a really busy road at the front. Anyway, The cat was in his shed but he said there wasn't room for 2 people (there was) so insisted on tring to get the cat in the basket by putting his hands through the gap - It was a nightmare as he was forcing poor kitty into the carrier and he scratched my arm - he's a lovely friendly boy - a bit scabby and something wrong with his tail but generally looks quite healthy - at theother end, he was a little angel - purring his head off and rubbing up against Gillian & me. I got a couple of pics but not too great. The black cat is their own cat they insisted on showing me, called "Little boy"
- He was lovely too
