Bob's tail was like a big floaty cloud (except when he ran it over matches as I was lighting a ciggy  :evillaugh: - then it was like a big ball of flame. He never noticed...). If it had been shortened surgically he would have had a short fat tail for sure. The interesting thing about these cats is that their winter coat is quite long, and in hot weather they seem to lose all but the guard hairs. Bob's eyes were green, he was gorgeous...

I see what you mean - could well be. Her tail seems quite full though. Maybe as its short, it looks fat  :evillaugh:

I agree, she is probably a moggy that has had to have part of her tail removed, she is very beautiful

She looks a bit like a turkish angora, with that little head and close hair but a full long-haired body. But they have tails. She may have lost it in an accident...

I don't know if anyone remembers me posting that I saw a cat with no tail and wsn't sure if it was a pedigree? - well I have been taking my camera to canterbury every time and I saw her today  ;D - I got a few pics but she ran away as they were knocking a wall down nearby and thehammer drill scared her  :evillaugh:

Is she a japanese bobtail or whatever they are called?  :evillaugh:
