Just wanted to say that this company do seem quite good - as one of the 2 tags we were sent didnt work, which we emailed them to tell them - and 2 new tags have arrived foc which work - which is good as it means it wont cost us anymore money to tag our remaining cats!

We put one of the tracking devices on Jasper's collar and tried it out - the look on his face when it started beeping - was looking around clearing thinking 'where is that beeping coming from'

We can see that this will come in handy, but as we live in a built up estate it does mean that you do have to be quite close to the cat (not 183m's like it says it can - albeit in a straight line in a field no dbout!).

Has anyone else out there got a loc8tor on their cat and have any experience?

Sorry no experience of such things but it made me giggle a cat walking around with that strapped to it wondering whats going on!!

After Jaspers little escapade of getting locked up overnight in someone elses house for at least 12 hours we felt that we should try one of the pet tracking systems that are out there.

We had come across one system but it was a lot of money (would be around £250 at least), but saw a bit in the Your Cat magazine about another version of it - http://www.loc8tor.co.uk/index.asp
