really witty, I am just flabbergasted she's been "trolling" in so many little neuks and corners, getting people individually and one by one, seems to been picking like pockets of folk aswell and probably held so much hostility to me as i never gave her time of day or pandered to her fabrications.

I deleted the post lynn cos I checked my chat logs and noticed it was someone else entirely - but given the number of aliases she's had on here, I wouldn't be surprised. Especially since the user name has been deleted from the logs...  :tired:

The one thing she said a couple of times was she was 12 stone OVER her ideal weight and also that she couldnt have children, combine the two and i'd actually believe her on that one...so i dont think she's pregnant at all.

I just suddenly remembered, and forgive me if the facts of the thread are a bit scatty as I can't find it, but:

Does anyone remember when we were talking about credit cards on a thread and she posted something that really freaked me (that anyone could think so irresponsibly).

The conversation went I think in the vein of increased credit limits etc and people not being able to pay off what they owe (I think) and then she replied (strange how I remember this bit) that she didn't worry about debt, they would just spend on their cards and worry about it later, rather than worry about how to pay them off.

SHould have been a sign.

I vaguely remember this as well but don't know who it was that wrote it

It must be her pregnancy hormones, due in november ya know  :evillaugh:

MM i think that was another big fat lie to be honest.  She never once came across like she had any experience or knowledge as a mother / parent / carer of young children what so ever.

Just catching up with threads, and I can't believe what I'm reading on here  :(

I am very pleased however that the Police are taking this seriously, and rightly so, its one thing to dupe people when its just words, but when it involves money and property that makes it theft.

No way MM...thats a thread that really must be found if its the case.  It was well known she told some sob story about not being able to have and not getting to see her nephew (i repeat what i said last week --- good on the sister for not letting "that" be an influence on a young child, she'd not get within half a mile of my kids !!)

Is this where i apply for the £1,000,000 donation to get my cat the medical attention he needs to remove the 3rd eye and treat the fluffy tail syndrome?  The only vet that will treat his rare and almost unbelievable symptoms resides on a personal yacht somewhere in the bahamas and the travel costs for my world crusie to get to dr. A.rippoff alone run into the thousands.  Im sure you'll take this very seriously and make all cheques payable to... ME!
sorry, couldnt resist  :-[

Im glad you are being taken seriously Sue, so often the police dismiss things.

I think contacting the learning centre would be a very good idea, they probably have logs of which member used where. Obviously she wasnt paying £80 a month for virgin broadband.

I think the learning centre definately need to be informed, she is using their equipment after all.  Even if they cant be held liable they can certainly ban her from their premises.

I am very glad and relieved the police are taking this seriously, I wouldnt be surprised if everyone who has had personal contact via online or otherwise are questioned and all relevant information IE bank acc, addresses (all family members addys) email addys etc etc are asked for by the police.
So yes it looks like either Lisa moves her butt very quickly and returns the cage + Dontation i'd say for hire of and also pays purrlishious in full or she gonna have a couple of boys in blue on her doorstep...I sorta hope it does come down to this as from what i can see she needs a serious wake up call.

Lisa.. You could have avoided all of this you silly girl.

From what I understand of public use services, the learning center can't be held responsible for what every Tom, Dick or Harriet uses their PCs for, and I am sure they have disclaimers as to the use already, taking away any liability, however, any possible negative publicity may guide them in the direction of assisting the police.  DPA does not apply if a criminal act has been committed to the center would be inclined to provide help if need be.

But again, lets watch how we phrase things here, it could harm any investigation if we speculate further and I think if anything, we want Sue to get a result out of this.

I'm still so narked by this. Really really am.  >:(

It may be an idea to inform the learning centre that the fraud has been commited using their equipment, on their premises.

I would hope that Lisa sees this  topic (as a guest I am sure she will) and realizes the seriousness of her actions or rather lack of them and takes steps to resolve the situation ASAP. It is so sad that it has come to this. The any monies collected can go to purchase more pens to save more cat/kittens.

Just a point, Purrlishious... Make sure the letter is sent Signed For. That way, when it goes to court, she can't then say she never recieved your letter, etc. That is standard excuse one for delaying formal action, I've found in the past chasing clients who don't pay up.

I'd say if MM gives her bank details to the Police, and the Police are willing to take this seriously, eventually everyone will get their property or money back. But it's got to be belt and braces with proceedure.

... but what a  :censored: this girl has been giving out her bank details if she'd intended to commit fraud.

I have been to the Police where they say it sounds like an all round deliberate deception of theft to all of us.

I have to wait 30days after the deliveries, then, if no payment has arrived they will then contact the Portsmouth police.

Also, I have to send her a e-mail & letter informing her of this.

I hope that all of  the posts it is not going to cause legalities within the forum. I understand that we have to be careful.  :grouphug:
