Hi everyone,
This little boy arrived quite by accident actually. A bit of a story and you may get bored but here goes.
I have a guinea pig hutch in the garden and the piggys go out during good weather and they attract all sorts of furry things in the garden - probably think they are a tasty morsel. Thursday night I discovered a kitten in the garden and I picked her up and she was a little Manx female, I thought you are too young to be out and took her inside. I then went out to look for the mother and went here puss puss like you do and another kitten ran up to me so I took him inside as well. Then went round the immediate neighbours and asked them if they knew who the owner was and one person said yes that belongs to my next door neighbour who was not in so they both spent the night. Anyway next door neighbour was out.
Kittens spent the night with me and when I went to work the next day they were picked up by the owner. I was a tad disappointed I have to say. My son had handed them over to a lady next door but one - a new neighbour. It transpired anyway that she has a Manx breeding queen and the female had just been sold so the children asked if we could have the little boy and so that is how it happened.
He is as good as gold apart from the usual scratching but much more content than Milly. It is obviously easier to home a kitten than an older cat.
He is a bit older than I thought about fourteen weeks - he is probably going to be called Homer - not my idea.
Unfortunately since his first injection on Thursday night of Fevaxyn Pentofel he has not been well, will review the situation in the morning.
