Also it is awfully embarassing,I mean you humans weigh yourselves in privacy and nobody sees your weight,we have other people seeing how much weight we have gained or lost

Awww I'd never thought about it like that! We don't mean to make you embarrassed.

Ah right ok. Bilbo gets weighed about once every 1 or 2 months for interest purposes (or if he gets a email asking how much he is) and Boopy gets weighed about twice a month at the mo just to keep an eye on her to check she's not losing any but she'll go down to the same frequency as Bilbo next year.

he's been weighed twice in the year i've had him (for interest purposes only), the big boys also get weighed about 1 per year i'd say, or actually just if i think they are looking abit portly again.

Dear Human Slave

Our Meowmy stands on the scale first by herself, then again holding us. The difference is our weight, so she says.

Meowmy says the drawback is knowing precisely what she weighs as well, which usually leads to her eating a few sticks of celery followed by a family sized Galazy bar 'cos you may as well be hung as a big sheep.  :evillaugh:

Dear Sir/Madam Human Slave,

Do you know just how horrible it is for us to be weighed?  First of all you pick us up(when we usually don't want to be picked up) and put us on these horrible, scary looking equipment.  I tell you it is no joke for us either this is why we wriggle our way out of beight weighed.

Also it is awfully embarassing,I mean you humans weigh yourselves in privacy and nobody sees your weight,we have other people seeing how much weight we have gained or lost and if we put anything on all we get is "we'll have to cut your food down" or something thats totally not positive.

If you human slaves made being weighed more interesting, like putting a mouse on the scales or something then maybe we would be more eager to help you out :)

..If your owners are trying to weigh you in a clean empty litter tray on top of the kitchen scales it would make life much easier for you and them if you just sat still! Your loving slaves would be able to see exactly how much you weigh (so we can check you are nice and healthy) and you'd be allowed to get down immediately rather than if you wriggle and keep jumping off as then you end up spending 15 mins being put back in the tray to get your weight read!

For those of you who live in multicat households please note that just because the first cat wriggled and wouldn't sit still does not mean that you have to wriggle even more than they did!

Lots of Love
A Human Slave
