Sprout and Mitts are now settling in their new home  :Luv:  I took them up earlier on this evening and have now also persuaded Huw to take on another couple  :evillaugh:  It turns out they've got 27 acres of land so a fair bit of hunting ground for these babes........just perfect for my little terrors  :Luv:  :Luv:

Dawn, I think that farmer is going to be knee deep in moggies before long.  :evillaugh: :evillaugh: You could always offer a standing order service. One a month for 12 months or your money back.

Great that things are working out for the others, though.  :wow: Perhaps this farmer may even spread the word amoung his pals?  :shy:

Aw, fantasic, Dawn!  :yesss:

Just in case your farmer doesn't know, I hear the cost of cat food can be off set against tax by farmers, is it's classed as Pest control expenses.  ;)

I will tell him........I'm trying to persuade him to take another couple as well so this may go in their favour  :evillaugh:  Sprout and Mitts are going tomorrow sometime but he's going to give me a bell tonight concerning the other 2 I've mentioned  :innocent:  He's probably thinking I'm a cheeky princess but who cares if they get a good home out of it  ;)  He only wanted 4 which has now gone up to 6 and hopefully will go up to 8  :evillaugh:  He is pleased with them though, he said since he's released them, he hasn't seen any rats or mice so at least they're earning their keep  :Luv:  :Luv:

Spoke to the farmer this morning and he's quite happy to take on Sprout and Mitts  :yayyy:  :yayyy:  :yayyy:  At least that will be another 2 down that will have a fab life  :Luv:  :Luv:  The other ferals have settled down really well but he said all they get are quick glimpses.  They are eating all the food that's put down for them and I'm sure in time, he'll see more of them  :)

His nose has been checked and could possibly be broken but if it is nothing can be done basically.  He's had a Convenia injection and I'm not sure what the other jab was.  The nose is extremely swollen and slight infection there but hopefully should be okay.  There is a possibility he will have a snout nose but he'll still be gorgeous anyway  :Luv:  :Luv:

Ohhhh i want him i want him he is gorgeous have you had any joy with his brother ?

Not sure which one you're on about  :shify:  I've got both the older brothers now and both have been neutered, I'll be ringing the farmer later to see if he'll take them, if not, they'll be going up to the stables tomorrow.

Hope your vet trip went ok today with the little one with the poorly nose.  I can't seem to forget him as his nose looks so sore.  Poor baby.  Hope the nice Dr Sean has made him feel better and the prognosis is good.

I'm taking him shortly.......I'll let you know how it goes later.

Only just seen this . He's gorgeous isn't he. Is he a true tabby all over ? I rarely see them although my neighbour has one called spooky . great name for a cat huh!?  ;D

Yes he is, he is a little beauty  :Luv:  :Luv:

Well I'm a little peed off to say the least, she phoned up earlier to say she'd now managed to get all 6 kittens    When she got here, she'd mentioned that she'd got me some cat food as well......which was very nice of her, 6 bloody tins of Morrisons  :sneaky:  That is really going to help towards feeding the 5000  :tired:  On top of that, one of the kittens has a really poorly nose  :'(  Not sure what the hell it is, but it's not very nice so Monday it's a nice visit to see Uncle Sean  >:(

Had another phone call from this lady this morning telling me she had got 4 of the kittens in her kitchen  :tired:  She informed me they seemed quite relaxed but wanted to bring them over  :censored:  God knows where they're going to go but I suppose I'll have to squeeze them in  :-:  I was hoping to get these sorted next week but it's just happened a bit sooner than planned  :notlisten:

Meant to post earlier but forgot  :-[  Mitts has been reunited with his brother but seems very frightened as yet so not took any pics but will do once he settles down.

Kelly, if I had the room and the time, I would keep them here and have a go myself........they are both gorgeous boys and I'm sure in time will come round.  The farm where I'm thinking of getting them on is fabulous for ferals, it's right out in the country with acres and acres of land.........perfect for any cat in fact.  The problem I've got at the moment is, I'm being inundated with cats and kittens and there's literally nowhere for them  :'(  I have a few that need monitoring and ongoing vet assessments so those will be stuck here for the forseeable future and these will be taking up room, time and money as well.   So being sensible, I need to try and rehome any that I've got placements for which at this moment is the feral ones.  I just wish things could be different and I had the room and the money to keep them here indefinitely until I've tamed them down, but sadly I haven't  :'(  Wherever they go though, they will have a fab life  :)

Sprout's brother has been caught this morning   The lady rang at 8.30 and came over to drop him off.  He is now in the vets having his nuts lobbed off  :heeee heeee:  He's a tabby/white and he's called Mitts, he looks sooooo sweet bless him, and the lady did say he will nuzzle your hand now and again when he's being fed  :Luv:  :Luv:  I can't wait to reunite him with Sprout as they're always together and must be missing each other.  Over the weekend, I'm going to try and use my charms on the farmer to see if he'll give them a home  ;)

Whilst in the vets I asked Manuel about the little kitten that the vet nurse had taken home with her, he said he's doing well but still wheezing and has lost an eye  :'(  He sees the kitten regularly when he goes to her house and he said he should recover okay  :Luv:

Oooooo I love him!  ;D He's so handsome!

I'll try and get a better pic of him later when he's more relaxed, he is a stunner and is so much like Otis, only darker in colour  :Luv:  :Luv:  I do have a soft spot for the grey ones and so much more when they are feral.  He's not a nasty feral, he seems quite shy but I think in time he would come round, if he was staying  :blow kiss:
