We live in a house with a very high brick retaining wall. Mine have never been outside of our garden since they moved here last year, so effectively they are indoor cats with a sort of conservatory.
So, as they never come into contact with other animals, and don't go outside so to speak, I only frontline occasionally. In fact, it's been since Christmas (when OH brought his pals round, and they bought their dog!) since I've seen a flea!
But yesterday, I spotted a flea on Jumpy.
Either they have been brought in by the humans, OR.. a couple of weeks ago Jumpy went to the vets for some treatment.
It just occured to me that those peeps who have indoor cats should be aware of the risk of picking up fleas at the vets.
