As it was only a small piece I wouldn't worry too much ... but if she shows any signs of illness you know what to do ... off to the vet.
In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

with any luck you will, but keep an eye on her and if she starts to slow down or look a little peaky ... you know the drill...

Swallowed a piece of string!

Lexy was playing with the fishing rod string and suddenly I see her yanking. She must have worn a bit away at the end because the little moo has not only pulled a little bit of the end of the string off the rest, about an inch, she's only gone and swallowed it too.

I kept trying to get to her to get the bit away and she kept swatting my hand and practically laughed at me!

Please tell me that I will get a bit of blue string in the litter tray in a day or so..please.  Should I be worried about this? She's fine, not choking, just staring at me like I'm stupid...
