Good luck with that Tan and the auction team, the Clan got their new sleigh and box of goodies which is being split between them and a couple of the smaller rescues we support and for that we are greatful along with a lot of food the Clan won't eat

I have just bumped up all auctions items on which no activity since Wednesday

AS IT IS ONLY A MINI AUCTION AND NO SUMARISING AT END OF EACH DAY I HAVE TAKEN IT UPON MYSELF TO BUMP UP MY OWN ITEMS TO GET MORE MONEY FOR THE PUDDY CATS  AND IT IS WORKING    

I HAVE ALSO POINTED OUT TO SOMEONE THAT THEY BID THE SAME AMOUNT AS PREVIOUS BIDDER, CHEEKY LADY  .

I WISH IT WASN'T ENDING TOMORROW BUT THE VOTE WAS FOR 1 WEEK SO MY OTHER ITEMS WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT AUCTION.

Hi everyone I seem to be doing something wrong as everytime I try to put an auction item up it tells me the file is too big , but I don’t know how to change it or the file ?😟 and I’m working from my fone help would be appreciated thanks x

Hi yes the image size is too big - you need to resize it to max say 400 longest on one side.
If you want do to this via a phone there are image resized apps you can download for free
I use this one in pic on the I pad or iPhone

Sadly we can’t allow large images as our server space would fill up too quick

Or pop ya auction item up with just the text, send me the image via email purrs@purrsinourhearts.co.uk and I can resize and pop in the thread for ya hun

I won't post on the thread because I don't want to have it but the red and white bed is the same as one I got a couple of years ago and willow absolutely loves it, she sleeps in it every night

My word, those little sweethearts have stolen my heart!!   What little darlings, each of them.  Who on earth could in all conscience let them go? Thank goodness I'm many many miles away, or I'd be trying to work out how many new family members we could accommodate 

Seriously though, I can't see any of those little babies hanging about when they're old enough to be rehomed.  They're adorable.

Grateful, humble thanks from me and our wonderful volunteers for being voted the nominated charity for this fantastic event. 

We have new volunteers who may not realise what Purrs is about, or how the Auction works so I've asked them to join and have a look around the place, and hopefully join in the fun. I know I'll be sniping away as usual!! 

Seriously though this boost will mean the world to us. We've had a challenging year both through personal loss and trying to grow the Rescue to the size it needs to be to cope with the volume of work inner cities bring to the Rescue community.
Without superb people like you we'd never have got off the ground, never mind rising to new heights with every donation. I'm very very proud of our people and our achievements and this Auction will help us tremendously.

Yeap anything can go on auction. Even services ie:-in the last we have had personal portraits etc. Obviously not a tooo personal service hahahaha  (sorry    lol)

Don’t forget the auctioneers kindly cover the postage out to the winner so Royal mail or hermes size parcels are cheaper

Well I've just got the box marked "Purrs Auction" down from the top of the wardrobe where it's been gathering dust for well over a year and guess what? It's actually got some stuff in it.    It looks like there will be no shortage of mugs on offer this year and tea towel hunters will be catered for too. 

There's also one rather lovely thing that I really don't remember buying but as the' business' part of it is purple I clearly had my niece in mind when purchasing. Will she get it?    Will I keep it for myself?                      ..............or will it make it to the Auction.  We'll have to wait and see.
