Thanks peeps ... not sure how I got myself on their mailing list but I always share the surveys on here so I think our little gang of furry purries are all slowly becoming a study group lol.

Duly filled out the dynamics of the Clan cats should have them scratching their heads for several hours

On the whole ours live in harmony and have set packs through the day when they are separated and then at 5pm they are all together apart from Cody and Kegan who live outside, not forgetting the 3 dogs in the dynamic either seeing our worst ferals rubbing under the dogs and cleaning the dog faces does cause one or two large eye moments to visitors then there are the upstairs lot who live there by choice but come down and rally the parent of they think the food is taking to long to arrive, then theirs the oldies who always have a youngster in attendance jus to make sure they are ok and all is well with them

I think the key is hard work from us and the established pecking order its still not quite right since the loss of Bailey last year but we have a couple who are trying for Alpha but haven't quite got the courage up yet so we sail on with the parents currently in charge :)

I just think Lupin is norty too Gill, I based my answers on Merlin, he does still chase Emo from time to time, today he got payback. He chased her upstairs, then I heard a catfight in the bedroom and she ran back down again. A bit later I was fussing him and found an Emo 'claw shell' embedded in his cheek. Serves him bloomin right! Other than that they get on pretty well.

Feline Stress Questionnaire - from Vet Professionals Ltd

Thank you for looking at this questionnaire.

This is a study into the recognition of stress in cats. We would like to know if your cat or cats are ever stressed, what makes them stressed, and what you do to relieve any tension that arises.

This survey is open to all adult cat owners and should take less than 20 minutes to complete. There are 28 questions, divided into 4 sections.

All published data will be anonymized and you will not be identified. The data collected will be used exclusively by the research group at the University of Edinburgh, colleagues from Vet Professionals, and Vicky Halls (an independent animal behaviorist). By completing and submitting this questionnaire you give permission for this data to be used for research, publication and teaching. Please note that the survey is being carried out using Formsite, part of Vromen Systems based in the USA and the data collected is subject to US data protection laws. You can leave the survey at any time without completion.
