Although it can be heartbreaking, I like that it shows that although he is pretty damned fantastic, he is not infallible and like any other vet he has losses too.

Watching this is my guilty secret as OH hates me watching it. He gets really upset at all the sick animals, whereas I just find Noel's efforts to help them heartwarming and incredible.
