Ordered two pairs Dawn
Today we returned a cat that had been incorrectly thought to be a stray to its owner who needed to be talked out of going to have "a word" with the finder. Yikes, people calm down! Honest mistakes happen and remember updating the contact details on your pet's microchip is a good idea!
Jeez.
Anyhow, then the phone rang, the local vet who has bent over backwards to help set this thing up needed someone to collect a cat that was found collapsed and possibly RTA in their garden. If anyone is missing a one eyed ginger and white boy, he's safe and being looked after at Goddards in Walthamstow for now.
Trapping tonight - the last of the colony we've been working on for weeks is due to be caught tonight. Fingers crossed - there's a reason he's last - he's the smartest.
Going to make myself a coffee and take it into the summerhouse, Whiskey hasnt favoured her nesting box, preferring to poo in there instead, so I've given her a couple of choices to locate herself.
Theresa and her kittens are in the upper crate and are watching with interest. Of course Theresa can now only come out when Whiskey is in her crate, so its timeshare on leg stretching.
GI Joe managed to pull the scab off his neck would again. He seems to like it here now and moons around the house flumpsing down in warm patches of sunshine. I'll find him a home one day, but he's welcome to stay as long as he likes. Photos coming - promise!
