Oooo what a lovely thread!   So many photos of beautiful cat babies.

(Love the name Sheldon.  One of my favourite sweatshirts is the "soft kitty, warm kitty" one from Big Bang Theory  ;))

Well it's a start I suppose, but we really need bigger photos to be able to see those dazzling eyes you described. ;D

Hi there,
Sheldon actually does have "his" spot on the sofa. And he is rather ocd about things about the house too! Quite funny really.

Penny is a fussy girl and after careful care she's learned to love a brush, and is happy as long as she gets the attention she believes she requires, but only when she wants it!

I'm a physicist and couldn't avoid the temptation to go Big Bang Theory whilst naming them!  ;)

They're gorgeous - Sheldon has a particularly handsome face. Does he have his own spot on the sofa?  ;) (I'm assuming you're a Big Bang Theory fan!)

Hi!

Newbies here too. I am a happy slave to two wonderful kitties.

Sheldon is an (almost) 3 year old black short hair moggie. He is a massive mummy's boy and loves nothing more than laying on my lap on the sofa. We've had him since he was a kitten, and he certainly enjoys playing and exploring the neighbourhood.
Penny is a newer addition and almost 4 now. I couldn't sit by and allow a colleague to put her kitty into a shelter-so we took her in 6 months ago. Whist turbulent at first, she's a proper little princess and has claimed the foot of my side of the bed for her own!

We really couldn't be without them!

Rico and Ripley are their names, Rico being brother cat and Ripley sister cat! I think the picture of Rico sitting on the sofa says it all about his personality! Ripley (sitting with her front paws hanging down) is a more timid cat she really does not like people she does not know, but is a sweetheart with us and her hobbies include rolling around on her back, chasing balls of paper and killing bugs  :-:

Hello R + R.   :welcome:

A big warm Purrs welcome to all of you.

Now, you cant just tell us you're sharing your life with two kittens, to whom you've become adoring (if unwitting) slaves.  We need names, character descriptions - piccies!!    ;D ;D  Yes, piccies would be lovely (hint hint!)  :evillaugh:

Your cats sound gorgeous but it's very difficult to picture them without actually seeing some photos...  :sneaky:

Hi,

I am new to purrs, me and my other half brought two kittens into our home mid last year thinking how nice it would be for them to live with us.... as the year has passed we have come to realise that it is not them living with us, but we who are graciously permitted serve them under the same roof  :). They are litter mates, brother and sister and both white from nose to tail (bar their pink bits!),  our boy is a stunner with big blue eyes, deaf, demanding and very vocal, his sister who is so pretty with almond eyes that are gold but with green radiating from her pupils is timid and likes her space but is extremely affectionate and meows like she did when she was a kitten....
