Aw Ron - thanks so much for posting that picture - isn't there such a difference in this poor little soul? He's gorgeous. Looking very handsum now.
How wonderful that he's gaining such confidence that he can show his true colours, and how lovely for you that he's so friendly. Well done, Ron!

Basil and his new looks, basil is now really on the mend, when he first came in to us I really thought it was best to have him PTS, but when I saw that sad little face I just had to give him a chance of a new life, Boy am I glad I did he is turning out to be friendly boy and is getting good looks back he loves to be brushed purrs all the time, and how he has forgiven all the people who made his life a misery is unbelievable bless him I will make sure he gets a forever loving home after all he has been through, he was so scarred when he first came in

Oh bless his paws - he's definitely been howked about a bit by life on the streets. Am so glad he's with you Ron, and like Slugsta mentioned - I doubt a lot of people know about the unsung heroes like yourself who can do so much to ease the lives of these poor strays.
I too cant wait to see after piccies of Basil, cos that face has a lot more to say for itself, I'll wager. He may be a diamond in the rough, but he's got a certain something about him too.

Poor little chap!
I guess 'the man in the street' probably doesn't know much about places like yours, they probably think it is RSPCA (and potential PTS) or nothing. So glad that the man who had been feeding Basil found you and got him the help he needs.

He looks so sad
I am sure once he has got rid of any fleas, worms ,been neutered and had some love and fuss he will be much happier
I am sure with his good looks it won't be long before he gets a forever home

This poor little feller came in to us after a chap who had been feeding him for over a year, he is really in a bad way, the RSPCA took him to my vets as the chap had told them I would foot the Bill, the poor little chap had not been neutered and was covered In fleas and absess people think the are helping little lost or stray cats by feeding them there harts are the right place but when they get like this little lad they should be asking for help from us a lot sooner anyway he is safe now and will and up in a forever loving home.
