Done .... I think you could do with a box to say how many cats we have (most of us are mulit-cat households).  Also the first question ask whether cat is DSH or DLH or other ... I chose other as mine are Abysinnians but when I returned the survey it said I had to choose either DSH or DLH :scared:  (I chose DSH).

I am a final year veterinary nurse student and for my dissertation I am looking at the reasons behind why people do not continue with cat boosters so if you have a spare 2 minutes I would really appriciate it if you could fill out my survery.
