Its the start of a friendship i am sure Tinky is considering to offer a friendly paws to Murray . He must have realized by now that Murray is no threat to him and his mom and dady p loves him very much
Allison Thank you for the kind words

You know from my experiance with older cats i think with time Cleo will calm down, in 2000 i adopted Boy he was 4 years old you can see him in my signature he was abused by privious owner and when i adopted him i was told he need to go to a home with no other cat, kids or men as privious owner a guy used to kick him around
Any how in 2001 i adopted DD (Female) cat she was 10 at the time but there was no mention that she couldnt live with other cats i got her home and from the moment she met Boy she hated him
Poor Boy was happy to have her here but she wouldnt stay in the same room as him and made sure every evening to sleep where Boy had to pass to come to the room and every time took a swipe at him , they slept in seperate rooms and not much contact till 2005 when i came back from Bolivia after 4 weeks and when opened the door was surprised not to be greated by them only to come down and found them cuddling up on my bin bag
It took 4 years but it happened . I lost DD in 2006 and in 2007 adopted another female Phoebe age 8-10 by this time Boy was 11 and thought they will get on well but she hated him and would get really grumpy if he was in the same room as her
Sadly i lost them both in 2009 within three weeks of each other so she wasnt here long enough to see if it would have worked with Boy or not.
I know some times the chemistry is not there and they dont connect but if Alfie is trying and Cleo is not stressed then there is hope
