You will make a rod for your own back if you allow Minnie to use your hands as toys.  Don't say you weren't warned    Suggest a short sharp blow on her face if she uses claws/teeth inappropriately.  You never know it might just work 

Kittens are pretty well 50% claws and teeth and both are very sharp   In particular kittens will chew on anything when they start to teethe around 4 to 6 months old.  Very important to try to protect wiring as they love wires esp black fluffy kittens  .  Groucho destroyed wiring to my telephone and hi fi unit. 

Toys are great for playing and we have a fabulous selection of toys in Purrs shop including toys she could chew on.  Not sure what others think but our lot weren't interested in toys impregnated with catnip until they reached about 1 year old but fishing rod toys are brill for playing with kittens/cats and avoiding scratched hands.  Vital however that you never leave fishing rod toys unattended

Also as she is so young, introduce toys in a friendly way at first so as not to frighten her.

They dry to resemble sesame seeds and com hand in hand with fleas, because fleas transmit worm eggs when they bite. I use this topical wormer in conjunction with fla treatments my friends have already told you about

Nits?! Nits?!    I knew there was a reason I never had kids 

When Groucho first arrived in Aug 2010, he was about 8 weeks old.  I had been told by his rescuers (our window cleaners) that he had fleas so I was able to spray his room with Indorex before he arrived.  I always have either that or a can of Acclaim in the house.  It's great stuff and very effective although I shouldn't think you will need 2 cans TC unless you have a large house.  The next thing we did was ring vets to get him checked over that morning at which point he was treated for fleas and worms.

I think he stopped scratching within a couple of days and we haven't had a problem since.  The current weather conditions are great for fleas but using appropriate flea treatment, which you seem to be, should get rid of them without much of a problem.  Just make sure you follow instructions on can and I agree you should certainly not think of applying a second treatment directly to young Minnie so soon.  A flea comb or any other comb with close teeth will help but hopefully most of the fleas will be dead/dying by now 

yes i have a huge house thats why its so scary of getting a infestation... ive got 2 cans of indorex just to be on the safe side plus i went mad with the first can,i used it in one room... minnie is still scratching but not as much....and i cant repy to SUE for some reason so I'll tell you here... I'm not getting rid of her i love her..

I used to quite enjoy using the flea comb myself!  our current cats don't leave the garden so never seem to get fleas but when I had a free roamer in London he did have a bad infestation once but it never happened again once i ignored oh (who wanted to try out natural flea remedies!) and got back the good stuff

yeah i got a flea comb but can't use it she keeps wriggling out... all she does is play i guess shes at that age
