If your pocket can stand it, maybe get a cat-tree. They make great scratching posts and play centres. Gives a cat plenty of room to stretch upwards to scratch.
Cats were once gods; they have never forgotten this, nor have the people they own.

New cat scratcher
« Reply #1 on: July 17, 2013, 21:09:14 PM »
I am currently trying to track down a large sturdy cat scratcher to replace one that is now damaged beyond repair. The last few i have bought were from the supreme cat show. They are brilliant, very study and made with carpet so the cats seem to use them more that the usual shop bought ones but we cant wait until november so i was wondering where people would recommend i buy from. I thought there was a thread on here from ages ago but cant seem to find it. Any ideas?
