Most CP Blocks like this are in 3 pens only of the Lindy Lou type and would presume you will have sneeze guards etc for the ioslation pen
I think you need to check any covenants on your house and also with neighbours as calling queens trapped and bought to pens and can cause issues with neighbours as can full toms who will yowl for a couple of weeks after neutering
