I'm in the south east (Kent) - unfortunately I can't foster as I have two cats of my own but I might be able to help with transport.

If there is anyone in the South East who would be able to help with a foster home or with transport of cats to new homes please contact me.
I arrange adoptions in the UK for special needs and abused cats from eastern Europe.
