I use the very same excuse for not hoovering

We have mostly laminate downstairs and I actually got down on my hands and knees today with the dustpan and brush for fear of disturbing Dexter  :-[

My adorable lot decided that they would sprawl out in every room with carpet in the middle of the carpet and go to sleep unless it is the bedroom and then the bed was more comfortable.  Would not mind it was on the day my housing officer was coming to do the annual inspection but used the excuse that I had got up late and the electrician turned up before I could get hoovered and had been there since. At this point the electrician had been there 2 hours but passed the inspection and he is trying to help me get a smaller house because of the new housing benefit laws

   my cat always blocks the view from the windows,  if I ever decide it's time to see what's happening  on the main rd. They don't like things being moved around either .  :naughty:

Bless her  :Luv2: Cats have an inbuilt 'disruption-o-meter' and obviously sit where the results are highest!  :naughty:

I was clearing a load of stuff from drawers etc. in my spare bedroom.  Went downstairs for a drink and when I came back upstairs WHO was on top of all the stuff I was trying to sort?

Well, of course I had to stop immediately as I can not disturb her can I?   :Luv2:
