) it may be better to spread it over two days. Sadly, an individual can only donate up to a maximum of £5000 (
).
To ensure the donation is covered by the matched funds, donation should be made as soon as possible. The big give challenge finished on the 16th December or earlier depending on when the matched funding runs out. There is an element of a race as they don't have all the funds to cover the matching over the charities so get in early!
They do say in the blurb somewhere that they will tell you if your donation will be matched so in the event of us getting too many donations and running out of sponsorship, you will have the option of not donating.
and of course you can always just donate regardless of the matching, the project will remain open until the end of next year.....
