It starts at 8pm whoops 3pm today  :wow: It's on for two weeks though so sneaky small bids are the way to go, otherwise a £5 item will end up costing £500 by the time the auction ends  :evillaugh:

It's today! It actually starts today! Ooooh, best time of the year this ;D

Well, I have a cupboard full of Dreamies packs that were very kindly given to me and I think I could spare a few for the auction, perhaps with some sort of sewing item with them, hmm, need to think about this when I'm back home later (cat sitting for a friend this weekend).

SO excited :evillaugh:

Do items have to be cat related?

I have a very lovely Lulu Guiness handbag that somebody very sweetly bought me but it just isn't me so I have never used it... I do rucksacks, not handbags...

I suppose I could concoct some link to cats as it has a dachshund on it..

As Helen mentioned the auction runs over 2 weeks and part of the fun is getting into the online bidding battles  :evillaugh: .... we actively welcome small increment bids as this is all part of the fun and frolics that make the auction such a great event.

Only 6 days to go ...... OMG so much to do still.

hello everybody !!!

this will also be my first year with the auction, im so excited  ;D

:Luv2: :Luv2: i cant wait to see what there is to bid on for the wee furbabies  :briggin:

im not sure how it works but im sure it will become more clear when it starts  :Luv2: :Luv2:

xxx

You don't know what you've been missing!  :evillaugh: There's looooooads of fantastic items this year that have been donated by cat loving companies - thanks to Sam, the auction campaign manager* (*I think I just made that title up  :naughty:). Plus we tend to have lots of fab items donated by Purrs members themselves and hopefully this year will be no different so you'll be spoilt for choice  :wow:

It's really simple, if you're bidding for stuff you post on the thread of the item you want to win what your bid is but it's not like ebay, don't go in with your maximum bid first as the bidding is over two weeks so peole tend to eek their bids up a bit at a time  :naughty: the auction closes on the strike of 8pm Sunday December 4th so whoever has posted the last bid on the thread before that time wins - simples  ;D

Here's an example of an item last year so you can see how it works http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,35372
