Lol! it IS a litter tray (one that had never been used I hasten to add!). It was just the right size for that particular spot  ;) and of course it has the advantage of being easy to clean, plus, lined with vetbed, it is, in fact, the perfect snooze pad  :evillaugh:

....well, no, not really (although it has been known!  ;) ) Gwynnie (aka Tootie) on the left, tried to prevent (halfheartedly) Lucy from getting in there with her, but Lucy is one determined puss cat  :evillaugh:
