my letter complaining about them was also printed in the paper! Tough, was going to write a follow up (still might) to say they had honored the order. May do next week - after all, its all publicity.

me and the saga of 20 x 48 boxes of the FAGAIT. Lol.  First attempt got me 2 boxes, second attempt ordered via phone for me as a proper bulk order got 4 delivered - I refused them as I've been paying delivery.

2 calls to customer services and no feed back. An email to them threatening letters to paper (tick) and mention on the radio during my next interview (not done yet) and I got a call last night saying the order had been found (yeh, right) and a call this morning saying they will deliver this afternoon. I queried the cost as the offer ran out yesterday and they were going to get back to me as I said they needed to honor the discounted cost....

will see what the afternoon brings (or not!)
