I have found a lovely little boy, who is about 4 months old who has CH and other nerological problems, who was dumped because they could not cope with him  >:(
We are getting him on Friday so hopefully him and Asbo will get on with each other, I think she will have a lot to put up with as he is very lively and boisterous!!
Will post up some pcitures of him.

Hi Suzie and welcome aboard.
Thankyou for enquiring about the cats I have for rehoming. Sadly the two girls I have are not CH but may have a more dangerous brain condition so will stay here for now.
As you are probably aware C.H. comes in various degrees of severity and of the cats affected most cope very well in the right hands; however after spending 7 years coping with a very severe case Minimopsical I know I couldnt do it again. Much of the care is about encouraging the cat to do for themself which can at times seem mean, I remember people accusing me of being cruel when Minimopsical was a kitten because I wouldnt lift her up a step, I didnt need to with encouragement she could fly up   There can be toilet issues and lots of other things like teeth needing cleaning, I`m sure you dont really need me to tell you all this so I will just wish you  luck.

Thank you for the welcomes - if you find the link for the one you mentioned please send to me.  My cat (Asbo) is just not quite right in the head and we have a few issues, nothing serious but makes her more lovable.  She is a bengal cross and I rescued her when she was 4 weeks (I was told she was 8 weeks but the vet put the age right), not sure if she thinks she is human or we are cats yet.  I will try and post a picture of her.

Loving home offered for Cerebellar Hypoplasia kitten or cat (Sorted)
« Reply #1 on: March 04, 2011, 14:32:41 PM »
Hi

I am looking for a kitten or cat with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, after hearing and knowing some one that has rehomed a kitten with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, I am now looking to do the same.
I can offer a very loving home with another slightly special needs young cat who is wanting a play mate.  I live in Bromley Kent but happy to travel to collect.
If anyone knows of a kitten or cat with that needs a home it would be great to hear from you.

Many thanks

Suzie
