Bloomin heck, just heard Franta jump off bed!

All cats were asleep but I got very little, not the cats fault, just my skin!

Ducha had breakfast......................Franta is here lol  shoutin grrrrrrrrrrrr...........and also Franta and Ducha was watching to see that Franta had the same as him, every other mouthful

Franta is not getting enough sleep and sure thats one reason he is grumpy.

He has laid eggs today    which was a relief so saved the condensed milk .

Going through puppy pads far too quickly but feel he is doing better and so much better since the last weeks.

He really wants out of the cage but apart from out to let me change the puppy pads, he is going no where  :scared:

Another nights sleep would be lovely  ;D

I slept  ;D

Could do with even more lol

I think/hope that Duchas leg is more stable cos he is using it to balance while he furiously scratches up used puppy pad  :evillaugh:

Think maybe he is also starting to moult cos saw him madly scratching his fur with his back leg............sigh

Franta only howled at me twice, dont know why the second time but first was followed by mad scratching from the cage and can only think he smelt what I couldnt  :innocent:

Franta has just arrived for a cuddle  ;D

I have had sleep with interruptions and therefore up really late again, although I think I have had more sleep and less howling...........food and change litter tray, food and change litter tray and change Duchas puppy pads and food, loose track cos am doing stuff in my sleep.

Ducha eating but Franta not very much and in a way Ducha is doing better than Franta.

All cats cept Ducha moulting big time and Franta the most and the first, have never seen him moult like this before and he looks half his old size. Think part of his not eating is furballs and he brought one up yesterday and then had a good nosh.

Morning Gill.  Hoping when you read this, you've managed to catch some uninterrupted zzz's.

Poor Franta.  He does need a lot of reassurance, but then how lovely that he looks to you for that (albeit tiring!).  He's your big baby boy.   :Luv:  He's bound to be feeling a bit worried - after all, Ducha's getting all the attention, and all he's got is a poorly leg, after all  :innocent:

Sending snoozles to Ducha, just the same, cos am sure his poorly leg is very "importunt" to him, bless his little socks.  Brotherly love, eh?

I thought this in October but then in Nov he had another seizure but there is if I search very hard usually a reason..........wants food, cuddles, litter tray changing, jealous, just wants attention, the wrong cat is in the bedroom on the bed........Sasa, or probably other things......wants me out of bed etc etc.

Could even be the weather changing,,,,,,,,,,sigh

Glad Ducha seems to be getting better.
Maybe Franta howls through old age /confusion ?
Sophie has started doing this and last night she woke me up and worried me -i put the light on and she was just sat there looking at me as if to say -whats wrong !??
She does make quite a yowl too and does it periodically throughout the day .
She is almost 17 .

Thank you Liz and sending Dillon lots of cuddles

Ducha has produced and the condensed milk worked its wonders very quickly this time but must give him some more today just to ensure maybe it works longer this time  ;D

I would have slept very well cept Franta woke me up howling again and howled for about 2-3 hours, I so wish he could tell me what he wants and I fell asleep later and slept for 3-4 hours so all in all more sleep but so much less day!

Gill, you asked abouit Dillon, it was about 4 years ago he had undergone two lots of cruciate ligament surgery (1st lot broke down ).  Vet thought he'd gone over a fence but the ankle had got caught totally ripping knee joint apart.  This was only a month or so after getting shot in other back leg by air gun.  He doesn't go out much now and still sits with back leg turned out awkwardly, but made a really good recovery.

Hope Ducha feeling better today x

Hope that he perks up soon and that you can get a better nights sleep.  Dillon made me feel so guilty when he was on cage rest (for nearly 4 months in total)  I remember how much he struggled using the litter tray, so can only imagine the problems Ducha must be having.  Once Dillon was more mobile we got one of the really large triangular covered litter trays and cut a hole in the side of the cage so just the entrance fitted through, creating an en-suite for him!

He is not eating so well today and needs condensed milk , he is far too quiet but suspect thats the flu which may have his voice, if like last time.

No purring at all, I do hope that wrist is starting to knit but there is no way it can be told except by xray.
