I know I just realised, if this happened months ago - how long has it been since I last visited the inn?

The answer is: too long!

Okay this is very very very late but I just realised that gorgeous ms Anastacia has been rehomed!!!  ;D
That is fantastic she is such a gorgeous cat  :Luv: having spent a few occasions covered in Anastacia fur after a visit to the Inn, I can say she is a cat who well and truly stole my heart! I am so happy for her, and of course to her adoptive parents for taking on such a lovely cat.

I feel really cheered up now!

Its grand to see her in her new home  :)

You know, we met Anastacia last year at the Inn - if we'd have been ready for another furball in Bilbobaggins Land, you might not have her now  :evillaugh:

No, because (subject to homecheck) she'd be living in Fulham  ;).  Seriously, Brittaniagirl, you have got a feline superstar there  :Luv2:

:Luv: I had the pleasure of having Anastasia on my lap for a good while on Sunday and it was heartbreaking to ask her to let me get up before my legs gave out on me from sitting on the floor with her so long.

I am truly happy that Anastasia is now in her forever home. She's a joy and her people are very very fortunate to have her.  :Luv2:

After well over a year in care and the removal of both cancerous ears Anastasia has finally found her forever home.
We took her last night and were thrilled to see that she was full of confidence, in fact she lost interest in us very quickly because she was so delighted with her new surroundings. I received an email and this picture this morning.
This lovely girl has finally landed on her paws.

I was asking Teresa about beautiful Anastasia in the Basket yesterday evening, so I thought I would bump up her story for any newbies to read.  I told Teresa that if we lived nearer Paws Inn and - more importantly - if only Blip were more accomodating of other cats, we would adopt Anastasia immediately.

Some lucky family is looking for a puddy just like Anastasia.

Anastasia has been for her recheck this morning and vet is really pleased with the way she is healing, sadly she must keep the buster collar on for another week. Andy is not concerned over her eyes, says it is not blood in the discharge but a pigment that looks very much like blood so quite a relief.

Hi Claire and Christine
Anastasia has been a little down today, but greatly appreciated having her eyes bathed ,face washed and a good brushing as well as lots of cuddles.
She did tell me that  Aunty Claires cuddles are far better than mine and so she is really looking forward to Sunday.

Anastasia is really bright this morning and enjoyed her breakfast despite me slipping some pain relief and antibiotic into it.
She is a loving dear little soul who takes everything in her stride,so hopefully she will come on in leaps and bounds.
Will post picture when her wound loses its shock horror image.
