He's gorgeous. At first I thought Linus or Whimsy but the 3rd piccy screamed out SPRITE as in mischievous elf, well screamed to me. :Luv:

It meant Lucky Cat! I dont speak Japanese, I just google everything!!  :evillaugh:

ooo i like, ive just googled too and its also beckoning cat, welcoming cat, fortune cat- my friends have been joking that with promotion job and this kitty comeing so close together i should name him celebratory cat or victory cat. ill try him with (maneki) neko next few days  :thanks: Hayley and Nickynoo ;D

ETA- he often lifts his left paw  when i come in to see him and play with him - his posture looks like it would be more comfortable not to try to keep it on the floor if that makes any sense

new foster!

hes soooo beautiful and such a wonderful personality (im totally smitten)
Poor lad is very very thin,has some sores and skin missing (armpits and heel) and is thought to be brain damaged :(

hes been through the wars so much and is still such a happy boy. it is a very real possibility that ill adopt him (he has a vet check up on fri and i want to check what level of special care they think hell continue to require and whether i would be able to provide for him)

so he needs a 'me' name but i also want something that has a ring of posh to it but isnt too serious (as hes a joker  :Luv: )
the friend that helped me name sparecat and me decided on macintosh (the coat) a few nights ago but its just not quite right.
i was hoping for a star type name but orions the best i can think of and thats not right either :doh:

tbh as long as my 2 and him will get on and vet says hes ok in a double storey house etc he'll be staying ;D
