That's great!!!!!!!!! Haworth is a lovely centre and Sara does great work. We're working on a big rescue with them and they're great.

He looks to be making himself well and truely at home and hopefully introductions go ok!

Hi All,

Just to let you know I homed a cat on Saturday :)

I was originally supposed to be having a home check from Feline Friends in Leeds,  but she told me she didn't think they had any cats suitable for me (indoor & get on with another cat).

So I went to Haworth Cat Rescue, near Keighley on Saturday and got a lovely little 5 year old boy (they named him Pirate, which we have since changed to Zorro). He has got a little problem with one of his eyes (his third eyelid won't open & not sure if he may be blind in that eye) but I'm taking him to the vets today to get him checked over properly & to get his injections.

He is such a little star, I've never had a cat be so friendly & just wants to be with you all day. I am yet to introduce him to my other cat, but I've been mixing their scents so hopefully during the weekend this will happen and they will get on :)

Thanks for your help.

Alice

Shiggy needs a new home. Might be worth finding out about him.

Hey!

I replied on Catchat, but just to re-iterate that Leeds Feline Friends have in care indoor cats at the moment which may be suitable. Their address is www.leedsfelinefriends.org.uk

Good luck!

Jen

Hi All,

I am looking for a cat to have from 3rd September 2010 onwards (we are on holiday next week).

The cat would have to get on with other cats (a friend for my 1 year old) and stay indoors I'm afraid (because of the busy road nearby).

If possible I would like a cat between 1-6 years of age and a lap cat would be ideal.

My nieces and nephews would be around from time to time so if he/she was good with children that would be good.

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Alice
