That is probably fine for older cats or chilled ones so they can get some fresh air and watch the birdies
- although it doesn't seem to have a double door so would have to be careful with cats that bolt
It reminds me of a couple of years ago when I went to collect a stray. The people had their own cat outside in a regular cat carrier. They said they put her outside for a couple of hours in it every day as she loved to watch the birds. It just seemed so cruel.
