I've just had some really sad news from one of our branch volunteers. We had in our care a young babe called Sheba who was pregnant when we took her in, she was only about a year old. Sheba gave birth to 4 tiny kittens earlier this week and had a bad time of it, she seemed to recover but took ill last night and despite an emergency op we sadly lost her. We now have four tiny babies without a mum so could we please have lots of positive Purrs vibes for the babies to help them through. They are with our vets for a few days to see them through the initial stages and hopefully they will then be able to move to our volunteer who specialises in kittens. We are very very worried about them as they are so young and tiny and very sad to have lost Sheba too. Her fosterer is devastated as you can imagine so big
to her.
RIP Sheba play hard at the bridge baby.
