Just came in to check on Jess to find her in her bed with one kitten suckling!!!  She has just given birth to second but no sight of it yet, she is cleaning like fury so hopefully it is okay.

Thanks everyone, it was heartbreaking for me.  One minute Solstice was doing soo well, the next he just didn't want to eat and went downhill so quick. :'(

On a happier note today, the latest piccies of Miaow Miaow, Truman Jnr and Willow, who are all doing well, and also of Jess, who is fit to burst and must give birth soon.

I am pleased to say that Miaow Miaow and Truman Jnr are being re-homed together now and Willow is going to live in London with a former Eight Lives kitten.

By the way, the mark on the door is old glue and nothing else - looks terrible in the photo

He also has a terrible habit of not pooing when I stimulate him and then going two minutes later when I am not ready.
!!!
Sounds like he could be an early member of the "naughty club" lol

Cannot believe how tiny he is...such a special boy  :Luv:

Hope all goes well for Jessie too  :crossed:

Pleased to report thar Solstice today weighs 116g and he is starting to open his eyes.  He likes to have his tummy rubbed after his feed now and is starting to use his paws to play. :Luv2:

Jessie has harfdly moved since she has been here, she is large in the belly but is a very friendly girl who loves a fuss.  Hopefully she will be a good mum.

Little Solstice has reached 107g at last weigh in so growing well.  Has not opened his eyes yet and one was a bit gungy so bathed with cool boiled water and quite alot of pus came out, but this can happen just before they open them.  He is a very happy little chap and although he can't see me yet, he likes to play with my fingers when I am trying to clean him up.  He also has a terrible habit of not pooing when I stimulate him and then going two minutes later when I am not ready.

Hope everything goes smoothly with Jessie's kittens, any news on little Solstice?
