Only sad news so far I am afraid
. Stayed up with her until about 7am then decided to get an hours sleep.
When I came back in she had a kitten by her side but still completely in the sac. Tried to revive it but it was gone. Heard the meows of another kitten and found it buried underneath her. All seemed well, until I managed to get a good look and most of her intestines were on the outside of her body.
Rushed both mum and kitten to the vet but there was nothing we could do for the little one, so I had to let her go in my hand - one of the hardest things I have ever done, How do you get so attached to something so small that is ony minutes old.
My vet thinks she still has more inside so have got her back home and comfortable and will have to wait and see.
