As there's been no further news, we're presuming this is sorted now  :)

Hopefully this little one pulled through  :( the owner should show some commitment to the tiny thing, presuming they let the cat reproduce

I am sorry but if mum cat is rejecting this kitten it is because she knows best. I would not risk mixing him with a new queen and kittens, his only chance is  to be bottlefed.

I said this to the girl asking for help for her friend.

I have just had a message asking for help with a 4 day old kitten that is being rejected by its mum. It is the smallest of the litter weighing only 80g. The owner has taken him to the vets and the vet says the kitten is healthy. The lady says the kitten seams unable to lift its head or latch on to mum to suckle. She is laying on it or moving it away.

If anyone has a queen with kittens who may be able to foster this kitten the owner would be very grateful.
Please let me know if you can help. I have offered to hand rear until i found out the location of the kitten.
The ladies partner may be able to bring it over to me but i feel the journey is too long for this already fading kitten to travel.

We would also be very grateful for any advice for this poor baby. Thank you.
