Not a lot to report today, all ticking over ok apart from Sunflower and Kiev Muckspot who didnt want breakfast, I think some of these muckspots may have me wrapped round there little paw though, feeling desperately ill this morning I was struggling on my knees trying to scrub their Pen and they did their very best to steal dustpan, cleaning cloths etc, then they demanded I hurry up and put the food in, 6 kittens = 3 dishes all put into a nice clean Pen and said muckspots dived on it, then Kiev said No thanks, followed by Sunflower, at first I thought they must be ill then I looked at the pouches, Tuna and Cod flavours, think I am being had by fussy kittens who are after all Chicken kittys , so we shall see.Managed to crawl outside still in pyjamas and furry dressing gown covered in mucky cat litter and I couldnt stop coughing, Milly feral to the rescue up on my knee and rubbing herself all over my face and body ,even worse now I couldnt breathe, its taken me 3 hours to calm that cough.
With muckspots like these is it any wonder I havent time to go into great detail about all the others who are doing just fine.

Had a day of catching up today as Francis and I did spend a long time talking yesterday, Christopher and James are I am sure looking forward to going to their new home.
Annabel has settled well into motherhood and is proud of her 3 daughters and 1 son, for the benefit of Aunty Suepoo and others who are too scared to ask, 2 girls are beautiful black/white, the 3rd is a tortie just like her mum and little boy would do Unkle Paddyyy proud, he is a ginger.
Bonny, Grace and Melody seem to be getting over their spays very well, just need to find some wonderful homes for them.
Muckspots all eating well and seem to be ok again, I think they seem to keep getting sympathy sickness with Helens Lu and Riley
Just had a phonecall from gentleman who came on Sunday, he and his wife are going to adopt Binny and Barty in 2 weeks time so I feel much cheered.
I took time out earlier today to visit my parents grave (something my health has not allowed me to do for a long time) anyway it hit really hard that all they had worked for in life had gone and I was left feeling really tearful and sorry for myself thinking why do we bother, came home and saw the muckspots all lounging contentedly in the kitchen and got the call offering the home to Binny and Barty , I realise all the they worked for hasnt gone, I`m still here.
Thankfully all the cats are happy and well and we now have 6 very lucky felines reserved.
Kirst keep meaning to tell you lady who adopted Twinkle has joined forum so hopefully she will update everyone in time, meanwhile Twinkle rules the roost.

Thanks everyone for your welcome.

It's been very weird being catless - something that some of you probably can't remember!  I think I confuddled myself by starting to look way too early; so many cats needing homes, who would be right for me (and me be the right person for them).  Christopher and James just clicked and they've also taken to me.

I can't wait to get them home and will start a thread in Cat Chat to update you all.  Photos too (I know it's in the roolz).

 :)

So Frances - I see you've been "outed"  :evillaugh:    Well done on your choice of babies, and am very sorry to learn of you losing Woody.  As you say, he can't ever be replaced, but these two will bring you love and character and pleasure which is unique to them, just as Woody was so very special in a totally individual way.  Am sure he would approve your decision.

Teresa, hope the little muckspots are all doing well today, and of course the "byeeeoooteeful Laydees" wot "got dun" yesterday, as Paddy so charmingly phrases it.  :innocent:  Also sending little snoozles for Annabel and her little brood.

Hi Frances,

You've certainly picked a pair of gorgeous fellas there. They're both such lovely and gentle cuddlebums. So sorry to hear about Woody. So sad he won't be able to meet his new 'brothers' but I'm sure he's watching and grinning down on you all.

I'm a black cat fancier myself - I've three in total, two of which have come from Teresa. She certainly rears excellent cats!

It would be lovely if you could post an update on how they settle in.

x

So sorry to hear about Annabell's stillborn. That poor girl's really been through a tough time :(

Oh that is brilliant Frances, I was really touched by hearing how long Christopher had had to put up with Teresa  been at Paws inn so I am chuffed.

It sounds like you have a bit of a black cat thing going on (with Woody - RIP too) as another Black cat owner, they are great aren't they!

You do know you have to keep us updated on how they are don't you! :welcome:

Hello everyone

I’d like to reveal myself as Christopher and James’s secret admirer.  I lost my beautiful black boy Woody nine weeks ago and while he is irreplaceable, these two  :'( :'( :)equally beautiful black boys have just the right qualities to return me to mad cat woman status.

I went to visit them today; they purred a lot, I grinned a lot and Teresa and I talked a lot.  And once I’ve sorted out carriers ‘n’ stuff they should be coming home with me next week.

 :)

Total chaos this morning, had a dash to vets with Annabel and her kittens also 2 of my muckspots. First of all muckspots , one has been sick unsure which but 2 refused breakfast so been checked over and given zantac injection.
Annabel produced yet another kitten in the night a rather large stillborn, this morning I thought she looked as if there may be another to come so Andy scanned her again .
Got lady due to meet Christopher and James in next few minutes and still not finished the work.
more later.

So pleased Annabel has delivered safely - am astonished there are no blacks, but dying to know what colours they are  ;D  Also pleased to hear that Annabel has done her little ballerina dance throughout - she clearly has an eye to a trim figure, post partum.  ;)

Was also pleased to learn Bonny has gained "respeckabul weyt" as Paddy would say.

Hugs to you too Teresa - you must be exhausted after all the excitement.
