Delighted to hear Scamp is fine, wonder if I could sneak a playmate in your bag on Sunday when you arent looking

Well midday and I am finally clean and dressed and eaten breakfast, not bad for someone who was up at 5am

Christopher and James seem to be doing just fine so far.

I am supposed to be coming up with things for our open day, not doing terribly well at minute also got a multitude of kittens names to find not doing well at that,I need a boys name has to fit in with the 3 graces before I can start on next litter, what I need is tin of paint and number each one so I know who is who

Oh gosh T, it really is non-stop isn't it! Please don't wear yourself out too much! Believe me, I'm extremely 'tempted' to being a few 'napping' bags round!

Chico Scamp's recovery is going extremely well thanks all. I was a bit worried that I might have found her in pain this morning due to the painkillers subsiding overnight but all sems fine. Phewf! Thankfully she bares me no ill will too...can't say that I'd be the same if my mum took me to the doctors for an op like that

Well I huffed and I puffed and managed to fit half the square peg into the round hole  am sitting here like 90 year old pushing the oxygen; phone call just after I posted to say pregnant one caught so it was left to me to sort out marrying Christopher and James both are safe to mix otherwise I would never have considered it, James is 2-3 years older than Christopher and a tad bossy but I am sure this will be the start of a beautiful friendship and of course James now has an outside run.
Pregnant cat very difficult and aggressive so unhandleable at present and I daren`t risk being bitten because of medication so took what seemed forever to get her into the Pen, have told her she can settle in peace and quiet for an hour and I will look in later. The other cat is female and I have asked man to try and feed till Wednesday when hopefully Lily will be spay with an all clear blood result, I am using one collapsible in the house for Twinkle and really dont want to be using more.
Just please dont let this cat have all blacks, I can no longer afford spesavers
Pics when I have some energy.
I had to apologise to man for still being in pyjamas and dressing gown at this late hour

O Dear have I boobed, when I was in hospital I agreed to help a lady who appeared to have 2 strays,( the lady is good she adopted little long haired ginger Paddy from us) , said lady agreed to monitor the cats and do lots of detective work in a bid to find an owner, she thought at least one cat was possibly pregnant. Well got an email with picture last night of cat they think may be pregnant and she looks ready to drop so have replied saying that we will fit her in ASAP. The thing is where, I have tossed and turned all night trying to ram the square peg into the round hole jobby and my poor head is aching from the effort. Sadly the only interest and homes booked are for Lily and CO who cannot at this time go anywhere.
I need more Pens but I have run out of garden, though in truth I suppose thats a good thing. I have a couple of possible moves involving Christopher and  James but will they play ball.

Glad the innmates are all OK, I'm not surprised you've been knocked back what with all that you've had to cope with  Shocking about the poor cat whose evil owner won't even allow anyone to treat it after she's abandoned him/her

P.S Has Scamp been neutered... or spayed  ;)

All the inmates fine which is just as well as its been a nightmare of a day.
Decided it was a sick bed day for me as have been overdoing things, seem to spend the whole day answering phone and trying to sort out ferals and strays. We are full to bursting here and cannot squeeze in anymore, of all the calls I got one girl needed vet treatment for an eye problem, I agreed to pay consultation etc at my vets if finder could hang on a couple of days till I could make a space, the owners did a moonlight flit 6 weeks ago ; this man fed 2 cats since ( one cat missing 2 days now) anyway cat to vet consultation and needs tube of eye cream but problem the cat has a microchip, this horrid woman has dumped the cat and when my vets contacted her refused to allow cat to have treatment, so now it is rspca case. Microchips wonderful until you hit a problem. Man is going to keep in touch and let me know when rspca respond and offer help if ever.
Special thoughts for Chico/Scamp who was neutered today.
O well another day done

Grace and her brood are stunning. Hope she feels less nervous soon and looking forward to pictures of Melody mum.

Thank you All for the support you gave to Morsel and me over the last few days,it certainly helped keep us going. I wont pretend that I am not broken hearted because I am, BUT for the benefit of all the Paws Inn inmates life has to go on with smiles and cuddles, thats the way Morsel would have wanted it. To that end I was out very early this morning cuddling and taking pics too sadly camera battery a bit flat so pics not wonderful but will post them anyway.

Within an hour of Morse being PTS the next little needy ones arrived, they were brought by a Social/child protection agency woman so even I am not permitted to know where they came from, all we do know is that they have been living in a coal house on a really bad estate.
First mum  I have called Melody has 5 kittens all black approx 6 weeks old, the stench when they arrived was horrendous and diarhoea aplenty, not too worried as I am pretty sure its a worm problem and that has been addressed now.
The second mum who is also black I have called Grace, she is very timid but obviously protecting her babies, she has 4 black/white and black. Given time she will blossom.

We decided that Mac was old enough to have a scratching post so took some pics of that too, his mum really appreciated it.
