Not great news about the outbreak - must be very scary for Teresas relatives.

I managed to speak to Rob again tonight and Teresa is no better. She went downhill on Monday/Tuesday and was pretty much out of it but is more alert tonight. The doctors say her lungs are responding to the ABs but not as quickly as they would expect and they think there may be a secondary infection with something in addition to the pseudomonas. They are going to do more tests tomorrow.
She still isn't able to eat and the really bad news is that there has been an outbreak of sickness/diarrhoea on the ward which is the last thing she needs.

She really needs your prayers and positive vibes so please keep them coming. I'm hoping to be able to see her this weekend.

I saw T yesterday and she really is very poorly.

She has her lap top with her but isn’t up to using it and she wasn’t up to reading the Paws Inn thread that I printed out for her either but she’s seen the thickness of it, knows they are all good wishes and said to thank everybody.

I don't live close enough to be able to just pop in and see her regularly so I don't know when I will get any more news but I will update this thread when I do. Her husband doesn't use Internet and is obviously very busy with working, looking after the cats and hospital visiting so communication is quite difficult.
