:naughty: Well done for taking on some ex-batts. Wish I could but no suitable garden.  :(

I did do a home check for a doggie a few months ago. There's a big Muscovy duck living the garden... apparantly duckie lurks in the bushes and pounces on doggie when he goes out to spend a penny. Doggie is often seen running to the kitchen for cover with duckie attached by the beak to his tail.

Gill - so do my chickens  If my cats dare to try to play in the garden when they are around, they quickly stop any antics! It`s so funny to watch 6 chickens all running after them, clucking and flapping their wings to break up kitten games

Gill, your cats have obviously not met my ex-batts

Mavis has yet to meet a cat she can`t intimidate or scare off! The cats are so scared of them, my big brave Colin wont come into the garden if they are loose¬

I was outside cleaning up a bit this morning, and so I let my chickens out for a wander about in the sunshine.

They all decided to go and have a quick sunbathe on the patio, much to Ziggy and Willow`s surprise! Ziggy`s eyes were almost out on stalks at the sight of them

Gary then came face-to-beak with Mavis. No guesses who was the most frightened?

nb: no cat or chicken was harmed in the process
