Tia has been brought up with dogs so that should be an advantage!!!

i helped to rescue a young cat a few weeks ago and the lady who found her and called her Tina lol, had an old choc lab and admitted ly he is daft and soppy he nearly knocked me over with excitment but Tina who was under a year put him straight in his place with a long paw  :rofl:

I reckon you have one of the best type dogs who will get on great with Tia.

Glad you've found us, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.  It really is a very friendly forum with lots of friendly helpful advice, if ever needed, and of course lots of fun.

I do feel it my public duty to warn you though that it can be a teensy bit addictive  :Crazy: You have been warned  :evillaugh:

Tia is beautiful, I bet you can't wait  :wow:  We have lots of cat/dog owners on here with their cats and dogs living in harmony after careful introductions so I'm sure it'll work out just fine  :) Has Tia met a dog before do you know?

Hi, my name is Emma and I have just adopted a 6 mth old tortie BSH.

I collect her on saturday  :Luv2:

I have a 1.5 yr old Choc lab so am hoping the intro will go ok, I have read up on techniques for introducing them to each other and will keep you posted!!

I have had cats most my life and lost my Ginger Tom 'Jasper' 2 years ago, my partner always wanted a Lab so I caved in eventually and altho she is the sweetest dog ever I still need a Kitty around the house!! :Luv:

The kittens name is 'Tia'
