Great news  :) Remind us what the noise was like again :evillaugh:

I really think that it was such a special performance for the vet, I just can't do it justice by repeating it, so I won't.  :P

He's back to his normal self now. The vet has given him the all clear so I can stop spiking his food!  :Luv:

So far so good. He's still eating with no problems. I hope they aren't famous last words!

He seems a lot better already. He's sopping making that awful noise! There is just the odd growly meow every now and again.

In the pub last night, I was doing the impression again! I may make a stand up routine out of it!

I'm shocked, this morning I tried putting Tachi's antibiotic in his food, on the off chance that he might not notice it, and he ate it straight away with no fuss! This has NEVER happened before. Maybe they taste nice or something.

awww poor boy! hope he soon feels better and gets his voice back

Would have loved to have heard you, I bet vets get some right impersonations for cat noises :evillaugh: trouble is they never do it when you take them.  I kept trying to describe Schui's cough once and in the end I taped it and took it in  :evillaugh:

I took Tachi to the vet this morning as he'd been making odd noises last night. His purr had become growly and he had been doing some odd retching. I can't really describe it in words, but it's different to fur ball retching. (You so should have seen my impression for the vet  )  After sticking a thermometer somewhere I wouldn't care to have done done myself and checking his throat and breathing the vet thinks he's got tonsillitis! He had a couple of injections and starts antibiotics tomorrow.

She was worried at first that it might be asthma! I've got to keep an eye on him and take him back on Thursday to see how he's getting on. Poor thing.
