Pat from another newbie from Lanarkshire. I cannot recall which Cat protection place I got my Ms Mols from, but it was a smashing lady called Katriona who lives down in Dalself - is this she part of your organisation? Couldn't fault her - I wanted 2 wee kittens, which she had, but also had several dozen older cats, not tiny kittens that she needed rehomed. She came up to inspect me/my house, got the OK but suggested I come look at the other cats she had - and among them was Ms Mols who (they do say) picked me - rather than the other way about.
thinking about it, I think she worked for Cats Action maybe? Regardless, all these organisations do a wonderful job. More power to your elbow.
