Purrdy was beautiful. This poem helps me when I suffer a loss:

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am in a thousand winds that blow,
I am the softly falling snow.
I am the gentle showers of rain,
I am the fields of ripening grain.
I am in the morning hush,
I am in the graceful rush
Of beautiful birds in circling flight,
I am the starshine of the night.
I am in the flowers that bloom,
I am in a quiet room.
I am in the birds that sing,
I am in each lovely thing.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there. I do not die.

RIP Purrdy.

Purrdy was indeed a beautiful girl, and I'm sure has left a pawprint in your heart forever.

The pain we go through in losing them is awful, but the joy they brought to us when they were alive can never, ever be taken away

thank you...the pain is so raw...but yes its a gift being able to love and appreciate them so much :Luv2:

RIP Puurdy, safe and sound at the Bridge by now waiting until your Mum is ready to collect you xx

Remember Our Love

I was chosen that day
I'm learning to fly
the world took me away,
but please don't you cry

And I chose you today
to try and be strong
so please don't you cry
and don't say that I'm gone

When you're feeling alone
just remember our love,
I'm up near the stars
looking down from above.

Remember our love
In a moment you'll see
that I'm still here beside you
when you're thinking of me.
